ColorBloom Kids ("we", "us", "the app")
By downloading or using ColorBloom Kids, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the device and purchases made through it.
ColorBloom Kids is a coloring app for children. It provides a coloring experience that works offline on supported iOS and Android devices. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or its artwork, except as allowed by law.
Some content is available through an optional premium subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and are managed directly through your store account. Prices, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are set by the store and shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time in your store subscription settings.
The app, artwork, music, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. The coloring artwork is provided for use within the app only.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including loss of artwork data. Please keep your device storage in good working order and use the app's data deletion feature carefully.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
